Noon Year's Eve

Let’s face it, after having children Kevin and my energy to stay up until midnight on New Year’s Eve is close to zero. We wanted to celebrate the occasion but not stay up till midnight to do so. So I was super happy when I found out that my local zoo Palm Beach Zoo throws a wonderful New Year’s Eve party for children and parents like me. We were able to ring in the new year (eve) afternoon at the zoo. There was a DJ, face painting, photo opts and lots of dancing. My kids even got to pet a snake and see a parrot up close. After dancing our butts off right before noon they did a countdown and gave away candy. I even got interviewed by the local news. We ended in the afternoon with ice cream and was in bed before sunset. Make sure to check them out next year.
